2010 Marussia B1

The Marussia B1 is the first-ever Russian sports car. It has a new special chassis created by Russian engineers using high-tech materials and components. Expect optimum performance and comfortable city driving.

What sets the Marussia B1 apart from its contemporaries is the array of available designs and body colors that can fit the chassis. The interior design can also be customized to match the exterior. While the exterior and interior are interchangeable, the driving facilities remain the same. The makers are planning on expanding the product range to include a four-wheel drive SUV and a racing version of the car. The latter is actually already in the development stages. At present, the Marussia B1 is a mid-engined car, but front- and rear-engine models are in the works.

The interior is a fusion of Russian and Italian designs. The fine leather used in the seats complement the futuristic-looking cockpit. The dashboard is truly one of a kind. There are three LCD screens: One for the oil, fuel and temperature gauges and speedometer. The middle is the entertainment panel, and taking the place of the glove compartment is a rear-view screen. The third screen is indispensable for backing up. It shows the driver if the coast is clear. This car is a classic example of Russian automotive technology at its finest.
